The best ways are to drink a lot of water, exercise regularly, and avoid certain foods that are not good for your health. Another extremely important thing is to not skip meals or go on an extreme diet, as both these things are very bad for your body.

Green tea is a very good detoxifier of the body. It is very healthy for the body and helps you in losing and maintaining weight as well. This drink should be made a permanent part of your daily schedule and having two cups a day is great for your health.

Consume a balanced diet:
This is probably the most important thing you need to do. You must avoid foods that are not healthy for your body. Fast foods, dairy products, chocolate, sugar and alcohol should not be a part of your diet if you intend to stay healthy and detox your body.

Fiber Supplements:
It is very important to increase the fiber in your diet if you want to detox the body. More fiber in the body will help in relieving constipation and bloating.

Drink a lot of Water:
Water is essential in order to remove the toxins from the body. You should be drinking a lot of water so that your system remains clean. A good way to incorporate this into your routine is to keep a water bottle with you at all times. Do not wait until you get thirsty to consume the water as your body might get dehydrated. Try to avoid any fizzy drinks and do not use them to replace your daily consumption of water.

Regular Exercise:
Regular Exercising on a regular basis will also help your body a great deal. The exertion helps to cleanse your body and it will clear the lungs and sinuses. When your body sweats after intense exercise, you lose a lot of toxins from the body.
